Application
Sino-NSH Fuel and lube oil treatment machine can be used in marine, power stations, and oilfield industries. Specially designed for the purification and recycling of liquid oil, to overcome the harmful effects of oil contaminants, water, and solid particles from the fuel oil, lubrication oil, and other mineral oil in marine engine units and land generator units of power stations so as to reduce wear of diesel engine and another machine, and prolong the serving life. The model is also used to separate two unsolvable liquids with different specific gravity or remove solid particles from the liquid.
Description
It is an oil purification system with heating, filtering, oil delivery, and centrifugal separation processing. NSH solids-retaining type centrifugal purifier, using the principle of different densities of oil, water, and solid (light and heavy phases) getting different velocities, separates insoluble liquids and low-content solid particles. After the heating system, the viscosity of the oil lowers down. Then it is fed into a centrifugal bowl and into the distributor. It undergoes acceleration until it reaches the bowl rotating speed. The distributor conveys the product to the rising channels of the disks stack where the separation between the heavy and light phases takes place. The light phase flows towards the center of the bowl and the heavy phase flows towards the bowl periphery. Both phases rise in the disks stack and reach the two upper chambers of the bowl. Here centripetal pumps convey them under pressure to the outlet pipelines. The solids impurities are collected in the periphery of the bowl where they must be removed manually.
